However, the staff at RS Therapy made each visit a very pleasant experience. It was easy to schedule appointments around my work schedule. Amira was very professional over the phone and friendly in person. Then we had Dr. Karen and Dr. Duncan that seemed to always be upbeat and ready to navigate the day. Dr. Saurabh Patel was the lucky one that did my first evaluation on me. He kind of scared me because he used the word "scraping". It is not the type of scraping that it seems to be. I also have had great sessions with Darci, Virginia and Jenn. The best about this group is that they work well as a team. You are not waiting to move onto your next activity/ exercise because the next available therapist will pick up where someone else left off. They treat you as family. If I ever have to go back to a physical therapist for any reason in the future. RS Therapy will be the first group I call. I have progressed and will be graduating out soon and I am so happy that I am getting better movement with my hand/ pinky.
